I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Bailey! After the first IPL treatment, I was able to open my eyes in the morning without any pain, and by the fourth treatment, I wasn't using my eyedrops as much. The office was clean/welcoming and from the moment you walk through the door, Natalie, Kirsten, and Dr. Bailey make you feel right at home. Highly recommend trying them out if you are struggling with dry eyes! FYI, the restrooms are a bit of a walk (you have to go up the ramp to the second floor).

She gave me a series of 4 Laser Genesis treatments combined with IPL for full face inflammation, not just the eye area. Cosmetic improvement of my skin was an added bonus. She prescribed a compounded cream for eyelids which was helpful. I had such improvment I couldn't believe it. I had such severe dry eyes that I had to stop reading for fun. If I was driving on a long trip I would have to pull over and put drops in my eyes multiple times.
