The doctor and front desk was very nice. Tried to reschedule an appointment and the service they use hung up on me because I did not know my insurance ID number. They asked for the number and I said I do not have it but I am a returning patient. Just schedule me and and I will update info when I arrive. She said no, I said just because I do not have my insure info with me you cannot schedule. She hung up after that. I will find a different doctor.

Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are the greatest! I always get taken back quickly. They are very personable, professional, and truly give you the best care! I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist. I highly recommend their practice.

Always enjoy my visits here. It’s located in a very strategic place in town and the staff is super friendly and professional. I usually visit in the mornings and there’s never a long wait.

Wow, I don’t know where to start! I had a visit today with Dr. Jayce that was very thorough, I had follow-up questions later that day, and got an answer the same day! This place is fantastic, and the staff is awesome, at this point I have nothing negative to say! It feels like health care is suppose to feel.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very fast, felt very comfortable. Certainly would go back and recommend anybody there.
