LaserAway Prosper

I recently had the Clear and Brilliant treatment at LaserWay, and I am beyond impressed with the results! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, especially Nurse Tania and Nurse Mandy, who were both excellent at their work. My skin looks more radiant, smooth, and rejuvenated, and the treatment was quick with minimal downtime. Highly recommend LaserWay for anyone looking to enhance their skin's appearance.

They always call an hour before the scheduled appointment and say don’t have enough staff need to reschedule it. They did twice the same thing and this kind of service is unacceptable during the weekdays.

I had an incredible experience yesterday at the Prosper location with Diane. She usually works at the Frisco location, and they were overbooked which makes me believe that she was there covering, which only emphasized the wonderful job that she did taking care of me. Despite her attention being split in multiple directions, she made me feel as though I were her only client and even more, like a friend! She was so kind and caring and made me feel so comfortable which is truly all you can ask during a situation that makes you feel uncomfortable. Thank you so much for your help Diane, you are fabulous, seen, and appreciated!!!

I had the worst experience at Lase Away. The actual service was fine, but the way they handle pricing and packages is completely misleading and dishonest. I purchased a full package over the phone a month ago, only to be told—after I was already in a robe, sitting down for the treatment—that I needed to buy more to get what I had already paid for. Why not just be transparent about the full cost upfront? Instead, they lure you in with one price, then bait and switch you when you show up. This isn’t just bad business—it’s a betrayal of trust. What’s worse is that I’m not the only one. Right before I walked in, another customer was arguing about a ‘full body’ package she had bought, only to be told that "full body" somehow doesn’t include the back and legs. How do you even call it "full body" when you're leaving out two of the biggest areas? It’s absurd. The receptionist and technicians mentioned that this happens very frequently with them.. how??? In an industry where trust is everything, Laser Away is pulling cheap, deceptive stunts that make no sense. I am gonna finish my treatment that I already paid for, but never buy again. I’d warn others to stay far away unless you enjoy being upsold and misled.

I’ve been going for laser hair removal and tattoo removal for the last 6 months as I prepare for my wedding and the team here is always amazing! Mandy is the best during my laser hair treatments and Katlyn is always so helpful when I’m scheduling or asking about different treatments!
