After confirming diagnosis of Chronic Lyme Disease I made an appt at Richardson Pain and Wellness. The staff is very professional, but make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Their approach to care was very sensible and I appreciated their honesty with choosing the correct direction to take with getting well , since it will be a long process. I was referred to Dr Z. by two few friends of mine, for my back pain. So I decide to give him a try. From the time I came in it felt like family(Connie). Like I was not just a number, but a person genuinely cared for. Dr Z took xrays and show me I had a herniated disk. Thank God it was still reversible no surgery needed. They put together a rehab plan which I gave a 110% to and my pain is gone and it has been over 3 month. I thank God for each and every one of them Dr z, Connie, Amanda, Amy, Sergio, and Monica and any other members of the Dream team I might have missed. They are now not just my goto for back pain, massage, or even checking my hormone levels, but I consider them all my family.
