Paragon North Hills Infusion Center

Had to do this one my personal experience here has been nothing but great. I do 4 hour infusions 4 times a year. They have snacks and are attentive to my needs I love the blankets would be nice if they were heated but that's a stretch. These ladies and nurses really look after me well. The front office or administrative aspect I've never had any issues other than the Drs. Messing up the orders which they corrected so I could get treated. I've been to others and this has been the best I've experienced. They have multiple locations and cover most IV therapies. Having chronic conditions is no walk in the park there is a lot to deal with so your treatment needs to provide relief and comfort it was worth it.

I’ve been going there, usually monthly, for 15 years. That should give me a pretty good insight to their services and I just cannot praise them enough. During all of these years they have always taken great care of me. They are professional, respectful, very skilled, and friendly,

I've been here multiple times for different reasons. Most times have been wonderful (caring staff, easy-going, etc) I am used to getting infusions/blood work done, and I know where my good veins are. That being said, I do NOT allow fishing in my arm. The last time I was in, a nurse tried sticking me and fishing a couple times before I asked her to stop. She got upset and went to tell another nurse to help, but she clearly had an attitude when she asked the other nurse to assist. We as sick patients are there for treatment and have to advocate for ourselves during our infusions. I did not want to pass out or vomit and she seemed inconvenienced by me telling her to get someone else. Other than that, it's genuinely a great place! Small, quiet, not crowded, snacks/drinks, tvs, reclining leather chairs, etc.

I had the MOST wonderful experience at Paragon North Hills!! I was terribly nervous as had never had an infusion (was there for migraine cocktail) and knew I'd be there for 6 hours per my Dr. The place was clean, very accomodating, but what made the experience 5 stars was Melody and Merini - the BEST medical staff I've ever encountered!!! I will return again to this location if ever needed just because of these 2 staff members!! Thank you!!!

They are always great here, very friendly, helpful, and provide drinks and snacks. Comfy recliners, and they offer pillows and blankets if you need it.
