Got lip fillers for the very first time today, I was super nervous. Everyone was so welcoming. Jacque was sooo nice and reassuring. I left feeling very confident, physically and mentally!!

I’ve been seeing Jacque for my filler and Botox for years now, truly the best prices and service. I’ve been getting my lips done for years, but Jacques technic is beyond any skill I have experienced in Houston. Maria is also amazing, and performed Morpheus 8 on me, she’s so kind and helped me through the whole process. Love this place!

I found this spa on google search. Read all the reviews both good and bad and decided to get their services. Luckily their outlet was just 7mins away from my home so I made an appointment and went to see them. Got there on 4th September 2024 had consultation with Jacquline, she was so professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out which treatment was suitable for my face condition. I decided to do the treatment on the spot, so I went for it and I got the VI Chemical Peel, Lip filler, cheek fillers, hell eye filler. After 3 weeks the eye filler and cheek fillers disappeared completely. I went back and got additional vials. That was when I got a problem, A BALL FORMED UNDER MY RIGHT EYE, it also had this deep under the ball. Then the same eye BEGAN TO TWITCH ( vibrating) I called in and Jacqueline told me that twitching had nothing to do with the filler. That probably I rubbed my eye which I didn’t. The right eye was swollen more than the left eye during 2nd treatment. I pointed it to her and she said it’s because I just got the treatment, but I knew it’s not normal, she just didn’t want to admit. Then she massaged the eye and asked me to check back later. I keep going back for massages and I’m tired. It’s 6months and the ball has reduced remarkably but it’s still there a little and I’m not happy about it. The other fillers had no problem but they don’t seem to last past 2months. I don’t know if it’s my skin type or it’s how it’s meant to be. But these treatments costs too much to only last that brief period of time. I’d find a way to attach a before and after photo

I am beyond happy to have found jacque she did an amazing job! I’m in love with my new lips she exceeded my expectations and she has a new loyal customer in me I highly recommend her!!

I went in for a touch up on my lip filler and unfortunately had a poor experience. First when I got there the lady at the front desk was very nice. Another lady came in to put numbing on my lips and I told her that this was a touch up for my wedding coming up mid febuary. After a while my injector, Jaqueline, came in and asked if we were doing filler and how much. I said just a touch up since its for my wedding in 5 weeks so nothing more than .5 as I want it to still look natural. She then immediately and unexpectedly started putting the injections in. No questions, no discussion about what I want, any concerns, nothing. I do not even know the type of filler she used... which is very concerning to not discuss. Then at the end she did not even show me the result in a mirror and discuss anything. It was the weirdest experience I had ever had. In the past five years that I have been doing my lips I have always had injectors talk with me about what I like, my goals, and a plan before they start injecting and definitely show my the results and talk through it. Once I paid and left still without seeing the end result I was able to look at them in my car mirror and realized it had a very migrated look to it and was not natural looking at all. I went back in to discuss this concern because a smile on your wedding day is important.. to which the front desk lady said I was a "crazy girl" for getting anything done that close to my wedding and continued to tell me that I should not have done that instead of take any accountability for a poor service. Not to mention both the lady that numbed me and the injector were made aware my wedding was in 5 weeks and neither of them were concerned. With this said, I am going to a new place to get it partially dissolved so it is more natural looking and they assured me their experience is nothing like this. If you are looking to have a more consultative experience I would go somewhere else. This felt like they plop you in a chair for a flu shot and rush you out the door.
