Really glad I went to see Dr. Fuller. Didn’t feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable, very nice guy. Waited awhile to see him because he is so booked but it was worth it. Thank you Dr. Fuller! They got me in and out quick for just what I needed.

Very professional and responsive staff, very satisfied with medical interaction with Leslie Brook Cortez. However, Epiphany should review the service provided by the third party electronic check in provider, need a phone App, portal and search junk email for confusing communication from some vendor. Literally took over an hour trying to get what should have been a simple check in complete.

After visiting the Roanoke office, I was completely blindsided by the unexpected costs that followed. Their lack of transparency and failure to inform me about the associated fees left me feeling deceived. Despite quickly providing the services and having me sign a waiver, the substantial bills received a month later for the office visit and examination results were shocking. The total amount of over $1500 after insurance for just three areas examined felt unjust and unethical. It's disheartening to realize that the office did not prioritize clear communication with their patients, ultimately leading to a sense of being exploited. My experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, and I would advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this office.

Such a pleasure. The care and professionalism shown by the staff here at Epiphany was Top-Knotch. Aptly named, this practice deserves accolades.
