Bare Dermatology

My experience at this office was very frustrating. The communication is poor, and I visited twice today without accomplishing anything. My child missed school for these trips, and it all felt pointless. They need to improve their processes and get on the same page to avoid wasting people's time. I hope they make changes for the better.

Absolutely love this place. My husband and I actually followed Heather from a different office local to us because we adore her so much. She is everything you expect from a health provider but rarely get these days. We were unsure of the new company/office but the first visit had us hooked. The staff is superb with top level professionalism and care. While we see Heather Capps for our care, we have also interacted with Dr Farberg for surgeries. Excellent, experienced, expert.. Be hard pressed to find another of his caliber and so I know he only employs the best to compliment his team. Sheila, Heather's assistant, is excellent as well. She communicates well, has a lovely personality that puts you at ease and listens. I've never felt ignored or rushed/brushed aside. While we haven't had experience with the other providers, I've no doubt they are top notch. We drive 45 minutes for our appts here because the service is absolutely worth it. Absolutely worth it! Going here is like seeing family members who happen to be in the medical profession. Would recommend to anyone, especially those who fear docs/ procedures, get anxious or are typically overlooked/overwhelmed by the typical impersonal robot appts prevalent today.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bare Dermatology. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the doctor to finally see me. My time feels completely disrespected, and it seems this office is either overbooked or poorly managed. While the staff was polite, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your time, I would recommend finding another dermatologist.

It was my first time at Bare Dermatology and I had a great experience Candi was excellent. She listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for my next check up. Thank you, Candi!!!!

Highly recommend Bare Dermatology. The staff is amazing, efficient and communicative. I needed an itemized bill for my HSA and they got it to me quickly without hesitation. Dr. Capp is amazing and thorough. The office takes great care of you from start to finish.
