Nancy is ALWAYS at the top of her game! I love that I can present my skin issue to her, and then with her artful eye and her vast array of skilled techniques, she remedies it in minutes! I've seen so many injectionists in my past, so I feel qualified and confident in saying that Nancy is a treasure, and Beleza is fortunate to have her exceptional expertise. I could go on and on about the natural looking, youth-recovery transformations my skin has undergone since I met Nancy and how 100% happy I am with every single treatment I've experienced under her professional care. I just love her!

I always have exceptional service with Kathryn, she is very knowledgeable about everything. She is great about listening to what you really want and then letting you know what would work best. Elena at the front desk has been the main reason I have stayed with Beleza, before Kathryn was on staff and when they were at the previous location, Elena was there and she has always been so helpful. She never drops the ball and she keeps things running smoothly at the front lines, answering all my emails and questions and always pleasantly greeting you and helping any way she can.

Krystal and Dusky are the best!!! I have been going to Beleza med spa now for 2 years and have not been disappointed. Krystal has been patient with me through laser hair removal. She has walked me through and helped me to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She has also helped me with my facials. I feel like she really has a vested interest in the health of my skin and hair removal efforts! She really cares. Dusky has been super patient with me and walks me through purchasing products or procedures from point A to point B. She is very welcoming and helpful. She makes sure that I know the details of products and how they will affect my skin before I buy them. She is also a registered nurse, so that helps her in determining the best course of action when it comes to products and procedures.

I decided to try this spa after reading reviews and I am glad I did. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and skilled in many types of beauty/skin treatments. It's not very close to me but it was worth the drive to meet Nancy and have her treat my spider veins. I am happy to say that they are hardly visible at all after just two visits. Please don't hesitate to try them out, I think you will be pleased.

The service at this spa was beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. Elena was extremely helpful in helping me set up my appointment, providing directions, and was very understanding when I called saying I was going to be late to my appointment due to a Maps error. My esthetician, Erin, was wonderful and took great care of me during my waxing. This was my first time to Beleza and it will definitely not be my last due to the amazing service I received from the team. All in all this was one of the most perfect spa appointments I have had in my life and the team at Beleza Round Rock should be very proud of themselves.
