Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Round Rock

I had the most wonderful experience at this office. Everyone was nice and professional. I had no issues getting checked in and seeing the doctor. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and she was so sweet and considerate. I really enjoyed talking to her and I am so glad I chose her To my dermatologist. She handled my issues with care. She listened to me and she developed a plan to actually help me. Best experience I ever had at a doctors office.

My appointment at Westlake Dermatology yesterday went exactly the way we all dream it should go. I got there a minute before my 9:10 appointment. I was greeted pleasantly and given a single sheet to fill out (I had completed a more-extensive history on line the day before). Before I was halfway through the page, I was called for my appointment. This person (whose name I forget--my bad!) took me to a room, asked several questions and left me to prepare for the doctor. And the doctor appeared right away! She was very professional, gave me the diagnosis I had come for, and answered my questions directly and clearly. I was back in the waiting room where I finished the admission sheet, and bingo! I was done! The whole appointment took about 45 minutes, with most of that time being spent with the doctor. A dream appointment! The medical world could take lessons from Westlake Dermatology in how to properly treat and respect patients.

Dr Moseley is the absolute best. I feel so well cared for and I feel so grateful to have found her. Going through a hard and complicated medical issue but she has been so attentive and understanding. She listens well to my input and thoughts, and collaborates with me on my care. Her nurse, Judy, is fantastic as well and I am just so grateful to have them! Thank you!

Don't go here for a full body check for melanoma. They used to be good but not any more. The doctor breezed over my body in 5 min or less, not even checking my head. I have had operations due to melanoma. I definitely wont be going back. I advise you not to go here if you are serious about your melanoma and getting your body checked. Ill be making an appointment at S&W in the morning...

Have been seeing Dr Fareesa Sandoval for years! She is absolutely amazing and I trust her completely- very thorough skin checks and aware of various needs as I age. She is kind and helpful with any and all questions and concerns. Her medical assistants Francis and Olga are great as well.
