I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest and most caring group of people at Dr Lewis's office. The Blephariplasty (upper lid) procedure was quick and painless. They promptly answered any questions or concerns before and after the procedure. I was treated with outmost professionalism and kindness. Everyone made my first experience with cosmetic surgery very pleasant. Dr Lewis came highly recomended which influenced my decision to select him. I am more than pleased with the results of a brighter and more youthful appearance. My 55 year old eyes no longer look tired, angry and puffy. My hereditary hooded eyes needed professional intervention and I am more than pleased with the results. The entire staff demonstrated remarkable expertise and professionalism which I am grateful for. Dr Lewis performed my rhinoplasty 2 summers ago, and he did a horrible job. He did not listen to any of my concerns even though I gave him detailed instructions on what I wanted and how I wanted the final product to look. He completely ignored all of my concerns before and after my surgery. Despite botching my nose, he did not seem to care at all. After I reached out to his office for further assistance, I was essentially ghosted. No one has responded to me. Do not go to this doctor for any procedure because he is so set in his ways and does not care about what you want. His and his office’s behavior is disheartening and disrespectful to the patient. Listen to the reviews and save yourself.
