I researched every provider I could find in the San Antonio/Austin area when I came across Dr. Ablavsky. His tummy tuck work really stood out to me; and the positive patient reviews about him made me schedule a consult. Dr. Ablavsky has a chill demeanor & communicates thoroughly. After the consult I knew that this was the surgeon for me. Going into surgery made me nervous, but I knew that I was in the care of good hands and a sound mind. I felt very well taken care of after surgery. Dr. Ablavsky pays attention to the smallest details & as a nurse I appreciate that the most! Also, his office staff is amazing, easy to contact, and communicates well. For me this was such a great experience from start to finish. & I have my good health and amazing results to show!

Dr. Ablavsky was one of several surgeons I consulted with before making the huge decision of undergoing abdominal repair. Things to note that made me happy with choosing him: he was overly cautious with my after care to ensure I was safe, healthy, and received the best results. My new belly button is 🔥 so great. Like I’m obsessed with it. His response time via cell for after hours emergencies and inquiries was fabulous. I never had to wait very long at his office to be seen even if I was being worked in. I am still healing and the initial recovery was ROUGH given the magnitude of the surgery but I am so happy with my results. I cannot recommend Dr. Ablavsky enough.

I highly recommend Dr. Ablavsky! You can tell he truly cares about his patients. A couple of things that were important to me when I was looking to get a Tummy Tuck, BA with lift and Lipo were the incisions/scars and belly button!! I can confidently say that his belly buttons are the best and his Tummy Tuck incision is exactly where I wanted it and it’s healing great! The scar is so thin I can tell it will be almost invisible when fully healed. I am 3 weeks PO and feeling great! I am truly grateful for him and his team! Can’t wait for my next procedure with him!!

I went to several consultations before meeting with Dr. Ablavsky. Having had breast augmentation previously the overall process can be scary. The moment Dr. Ablavsky began to speak all the nervousness disappeared. He has such a calming demeanor and I had instantly chosen my doctor. And I am so glad I chose him because my results have outweighed any expectations I had. I had an implant removal, breast lift, and extended tummy tuck with lipo. I had no complications and am currently 3 months post op feeling great! He was available at all times and I even had to call him on a weekend and he was readily available to answer all my questions. And the staff was also amazing!! Everyone is so responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. They all took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. My experience has been nothing short of perfect!
