Advanced Aesthetics Lopez Plastic Surgery: Manuel Lopez, MD, FACS

Over the summer while I was in SA visiting family, I had my first Hydrofacial at the Med Spa on Sonterra Place with Jacklyn and it was the most relaxing experience! From there I went over to their office next door to for a consult with PA Alex about some sun spots on my face and hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable & reassuring about being able to treat the spots, so I decided to come back down in the fall to have a moxi with BBL done on my face & hands. PA Alex and her tech Katie were both so sweet & attentive, they made me feel like their top priority. Everyone at the Sonterra location was so friendly & welcoming & both the office & med spa are beautifully decorated spaces. I have never had any aesthetic treatments done before but after my experiences at Advanced Aesthetic Lopez Plastic Surgery, I’m planning on booking other services with them during my next visits to San Antonio!

I have been going to Ashley for almost five years now. She is amazing, her and her team are professional but most importantly they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Very knowledgeable as I come in with questions each time. Any of the three can help answer all my questions and I always look amazing! I don’t know how she does it, but I am SO glad she does!

Be careful on how much they charge your credit card. They tell you one price and charge you more. Also they are not organized on their appointments, they scheduled my daughter on a saturday when they are not even open!!!! We got there on our appointments and they were close!!! And thats when we realized they always close on satirdays. Why would they book us on a Saturdays. Also products they use dont really work. Did the semiglutide, and been on it for more than 3 months and havent lost a pound. Did botox and didnt notice any diference. Among other things. Definitely not a satisfied customer. Be careful ladies.

Dr. Lopez is not only the sweetest, but highly skilled. I wouldn't trust anyone else! His work is natural looking and the results are fantastic!

The only place I go to for Botox and other facial procedures to look fabulous. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Dr. Lopez will takecare of All your needs. Don't wait go see him. Even my hubby is a patient now!! Very happy with the results.
