The owner is so professional and sweet. She makes you feel so comfortable through the whole process as well as explaining everything. All of my questions were answered before even asking. She takes her time and does a wonderful job. This was my second time getting lip fillers and she corrected the mistakes from the previous person I went to. My results were so amazing I will definitely be going back to her from now on and I would recommend her to everyone she is great.

Horrible experience with this aesthetician. Sorry for the lengthy review but I have to share my whole experience.. Scheduled online to do Botox at 3:30 a little over a week in advance. Called multiple times during the week prior to try and ask questions since it was my first time, but never received a response or call back. On the day of my appointment, she texted me 2 hours prior asking if I could move it back an hour. I agreed and showed up a few minute prior to my appointment and as I’m inside waiting, she texts again to tell me she will be late. I sit and wait and then another customer comes in about 10 minutes later waiting for her as well. Eventually about 20 minutes later she shows up, but instead of seeing me, whose appointment was already 30 minutes late, she took the other customer and said it would be quick. I waited another 15 minutes for her to finish when another customer walks in and told me her appointment was about an hour after mine. After waiting several more minutes, I text Lenzie and asked is she was still going to see me. I did not receive a response. The aesthetician comes out finally and then of course, she tried to take the 2nd customer instead of me and said it would be quick again. Luckily the 2nd girl volunteered to let me go first. While Lenzie is very sweet, I was a little uncomfortable that she didn’t wear a mask, especially given the close proximity to my face. Nevertheless, she gave me my Botox and charged me my $12 a unit and I was on my way. But about 20 minutes after I left, she sent me a text saying sorry about the delay and that my Botox would be free for the wait. Then I think she quickly realized she had already seen and charged me, and sent another text stating the text was delayed and she had sent it earlier. BUT if she did, why did she still charge me? I wasn’t going to ask and wanted to just move on. Several days later though I noticed that my forehead was not even and I had a big bulge in the middle. I texted Lenzie with photos asking if it was normal, and after a day she finally responded saying it would go away in a few days. Well it didn’t and only became worse, so I ended up having to see a dermatologist to fix it. I know that happens with Botox, but it was the overall experience with Lenzie that is why I will not return to this place.
