Requested an appointment online. Someone followed up with a call, which i missed. Called back, and the person i spoke to had no record of my request or that anyone had called me. Spent 15 minutes giving them all my information for an appointment, which she was able to get fairly quickly because of a cancellation. Never received an email or text to confirm. Called back a few days later to confirm, and they had NO RECORD of me at all. Staff is garbage. Find a different practice.
