Eh. There’s so many med spas and while this place advertises good deals, it’s just not worth it in my opinion. Trust me when I say I wanted this place to work out but I won’t be back. Booked lip filler and Botox.. showed up and they moved to another suite which no one mentioned. Went to that suite and told I needed to get cleared by a telehealth doctor (did not tell me it was going to be an additional cost) and i didn’t even need to be cleared by a doctor for Botox and filler but okay. Got cleared. Get numbed for filler and they look fine but then when they did start talking about my Botox I finally had to ask about it and was told they ran out Botox and they couldn’t do it today. (What med spa runs out of Botox?). They didn’t tell me and honestly I would have rescheduled to do it all together (since that was the Black Friday special). Finally came back for Botox and they were very late.. I’ve been to other med spas and this was just not the experience I expect from good med spas. Just asked how many units I wanted, did it, charged me. Versus other med spas talked to me about my goals and made recommendations based on those goals. If it was my first time, I would have been so lost. It just wasn’t it. Like I said.. many other med spas.. I’ve been avoiding going the more expensive ones but you truly get what you pay for and I’ll be taking my money where I know I’ll get assessed and treated properly with actual medical experience.

The supposedly owner does not know how to run a business and obviously doesn't know the HIPPA rules and regulations. Discussing other patients treatment in front of other patients. It's like a slaughter house. Just take your money and get out. Samantha does not know how to do PDO threads and my face is still hurting and did not give no post-op appointments when it's like a surgery on your face. Supposedly who they call the owner, doesn't put botox where it's needed and take it upon herself to do what she wants. I went to see a doctor inrefer to my PDO threads, now I have to pay triple the price due to them not placed properly. My threads have to be taken out and replaced due to the large lumps in the face and are very noticeable they weren't placed properly.

Nobody was there for my appointment!! Booked my appointment online for Saturday 10am thru their vagaro. I received a confirmation email and text and a reminder. I show up Saturday 10am and nobody was there I called twice. Office was closed so unprofessional. How do you just not show up for appointment you confirmed??!
