I had an incredible consultation with Dr. Jeneby and it truly exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and professional, especially Dominique and Freddie who made the entire experience even more pleasant. Dr. Jeneby took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, provided thorough, explanations and made sure all my questions were answered their expertise, kindness, and clear communication made me feel completely at ease. Procedures were very well explained, i had a great surgical experience with super nice staff and great aftercare. Dr. Jeneby listened to my concerns, took time to explain and ease my concerns. Oksana was also great to work with and also helped to ease my concerns. My only comment for areas of improvement is that i wish we had discussed prior to surgery more details about the recovery process and what to expect in terms of healing. The healing process is such a range and i definitely wish i had spent more time researching and discussing recovery.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience with Dr Jeneby Plastic Surgery. I was advised to wait 90 days before deciding on how I wanted my review to go, and now that time has passed, I feel compelled to share my feedback. From the outset, I encountered numerous issues. The initial aggressive attempts to secure a price commitment without providing a contract were alarming. The lack of transparency and pressure to provide financial information before reviewing the terms were unacceptable. My initial appointment was equally disappointing. The surgical consultant provided no guidance or support, and the paperwork was illegible due to excessive copying. I gained more knowledge from online resources than from the consultation. The post-op experience was chaotic. My appointment was mishandled, and my calls went unanswered. While the NP intervened, the lack of communication and professionalism was distressing. Although attempts were made to address my concerns by offering complimentary services, I have been unable to redeem them due to the continued lack of follow-up. My surgeon was the only positive aspect of my experience. However, the overall lack of communication and support from the facility has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this entity to anyone, and I have advised my friends and family to seek care elsewhere.

If anyone needs a little encouragement this is for you .. This place is amazing!! All their staff are so sweet !! From the moment I called the center and spoke to their Finance consultant Rudy, to my consultations with Dr. J have been nothing but an amazing experience . Dr. J was so cool ! I appreciated him so much for the reason that he was very honest about everything with me. Everyone at the center was so polite and were as transparent as can be . I have my surgery scheduled for this Monday 01/27 and I am super excited. My process was so easy and everyone I have spoken to made me feel so comfortable and shared so much info. Huge thank you to Rudy their finance consultant , he’s a gem 💎 who was so patient with me and was available any time of the day or night for any questions or concerns I had . He explained how the center has tons of financing options and he was so transparent with everything. Get your appointment now !! ♥️

RUDY RUDY RUDY!!! All I can say about this individual is if you don’t benefit him, you don’t matter. I called to get information on a procedure and he ended up being the nicest person towards me. Finding out answers, being patient with me, telling me about the discounts. I told him I was interested but I had to talk to me wife. He told me if I didn’t accept it right then, I would never get the deal again. (Pressuring me) I told him okay I’ll pay the 500 down and do the financial plan until I made up my mind and I’ll pay it off as soon as I do. Well my wife and I talked about it and agreed it’s too risky, not enough evidence that they can even do the procedure seeing how they could show me ONE before and after picture of their work. Claims the clients didn’t want to share but every other doctor that does this procedure, sent me pictures of their before and afters. (Suspicious) so I called Rudy back one more time and told him I would like to cancel. He wouldn’t let me right then! Literally said “well before you change you mind, let me call you back tomorrow and see if you changed your mind “ so I told him I wasn’t going to but that’s fine……. (Next day) no call. So the following day I called back and he still tried to change my mind until I was like no thank you. We don’t want the service. Hi WHOLE demeanor changed. He got dry, voice finally got deep, said okay we’ll start the process… almost 2 weeks later, nothing has been started, my credit report now shows I owe 6k and my credit went down for it. I called again and he ignores all my call and sent a text saying to call the refund department (no longer interested in helping me out since I’m not spending money) so I called the department two days in a row. Both times for them to tell me someone will reach out. (NOBODYS REACHED OUT!!) so I got fed up with expecting the once so nice desk workers to do their jobs and insist the customers calling and just called the credit company myself. No big deal, should of did that from the jump…. Moral of all this, this doctors office is ONLY worried about your money. They don’t try to ease your worries, they don’t try to assist any future then they have to. Once you sign the papers, and they have their money, you don’t mean anything to them but a dollar sign. They knew I lived in Florida and their in Texas and still made this as difficult as possible.
