I love this office. I’ve been a patient here for years, went for acne concerns. Dr Bhandari is so wonderful. I had skin cancer earlier this year and she was immediately proactive, advocated for me to ensure I had the best care team. She checked in regularly and was so caring and kind throughout the process. Susan is amazing and I go to her regularly for treatments. I won’t go anywhere else, they are even out of network for me now and I don’t care- that’s how much I love them.

Very unhappy with service (or lack there of) received at this Dr. office. I had cosmetic procedure done, so a want not need and paid a lot of money only to find out I’m a “non-responder”. There was no mention of this prior to my appointment or in the signed paperwork. I realize they can’t guarantee results, but they definitely did state you’d notice a positive difference in some way. Six sessions of emtone made zero difference on my body and even provider noticed and agreed there were absolutely no results. After my disappointment, they did offer to try 4 sessions of something else to correct issue since they agreed this was odd, but put me off for several months. After many of my phone calls, they finally got me in only for me to show up, wait an unreasonable amount of time and then have them state they didn’t even have me down for an appt or cancel me days before. This happened on more than one occasion. I really feel they gave me the run around because I wasn’t paying for the additional service. They weren’t interested in correcting the issue and honoring their offer. They are too consumed with catering to their higher paying clients and will put smaller, less expensive procedures and clients behind. Staff is not very friendly or accommodating and no Doctor ever came in to consult and/or apologize regarding my issues and concerns.

Absolutely love Susan the esthetician and Dr Bendahri ! Wait time was less than 2 min office atmosphere is inviting and very attentive. I love their eagerness to understand my concerns. I have done Botox, fillers, fraxel, resurfix and ultherapy. I am nothing but pleased with all my results. I have recommended friends and family to share in this experience. I always look forward to seeing Susan and Dr. Bendahri 🩷

Ugggh! Do not go to this office! I was repulsed by the arrogance and lack of care from this doctor. She seems more concerned with having the most expensive couture and artwork than patient care. I waited so long to see her and she's uber expensive-no wonder why. I will not be returning as she was very rude, boogie and seemed not to care about my conditions.

Dr. Tailia was absolutely fantastic. I called yesterday for an appt and they had me in the next day. She answered every question/concern and gave me real solutions. A little on the pricey side but it was worth her knowledge and care. I will be bringing my daughter into their.
