I started going to IFFH MedSpa (formerly JAAB MedSpa) at the beginning of February for NeoClear by Aerolase to treat my back acne, and I have to say—this place is AMAZING! From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Angela did my consultation and first treatment, and she took the time to really dive into my concerns about acne, pigmentation, and psoriasis. She set me up with the ZO Skin Health Complexion Clearing Program, and I’ve already seen such a difference in my skin! Now, I see Jacqueline for my weekly back treatments, and she is an absolute gem! She makes me feel so comfortable during each session—not just because NeoClear is painless, but because she creates a judgment-free, welcoming space where I don’t feel self-conscious at all. I actually look forward to coming in every week! As I became more familiar with their services, I decided to try some injectables, and that’s when I met Morgan—an amazing injector with the perfect approach. I had never done filler before, but during their February special, I decided to try Versa lip filler. I’ve always loved my lip shape but wanted just a little more fullness. Morgan took it slow and steady, starting with half a syringe first and then fine-tuning the look with the second half two weeks later. I also started Botox during that visit, and I couldn’t be happier with how natural and refreshed everything looks! And let’s not forget Sonia, who is an absolute expert in ZO Skin Health! She recommended adding Daily Power Defense to my regimen, and WOW—I noticed a difference in my skin’s hydration and texture literally the next morning! I still have a long way to go in my skin journey as I’m slowly targeting my problem areas—my face, back, and upper arms. But I know it’s going to be an amazing journey with them by my side! I can’t recommend IFFH MedSpa enough! They’ve helped me glow from the inside out, and I’m so grateful for their expertise, care, and attention to detail. I have not had a facial since 2019…I thought I’d get one before a wedding I am standing in. My facial was very affordable. Ashley took her time on my face and truly made me feel like I was at a spa. She did not skimp on products, walked me through each step and informed me of problem areas on my face. The office was very clean and their team was very welcoming. Post facial: My face feels so smooth. My nose looks clean from Ashley cleaning out my pores. My foundation applied much nicer today and my skin tone looks more even. No breakouts, rashes or issues which is perfect because I will be at a wedding in 2 days. Thank you so much Ashley and JAAB spa I will definitely come back!
