I was so excited to get here I came 30 minutes early but be advised that they adhere strictly to the COVID-19 protocols and only allow a few people in at a time, so I had to wait for my appointment time before being let in, which I appreciate and masks are required still, which I also appreciate. Rhonda is magnificent and thorough! I have had this treatment before, three years ago, for much, much, more money - it is highly effective and I can’t wait to get more! This place is immaculate, so do yourself a favor and look into all the services they offer- I am!

PROS: Hmmm...honestly, my experience was an opportunity to lay-down for relaxed lunch break versus getting any results of the Laser-Lipo (20 minutes a session & purchased 9 sessions) with Whole Body Vibration (10 minutes). CONS: The clinic has limited parking & despite arriving a bit early, at times, no spaces are available. Since the owner, Rhonda, works solo she doesn't monitor her phone. For example, I called and left a message that I was outside looking for a parking space. It took more than 15 minutes which caused me to be tardy for my appointment. During this time, Rhonda didn't return my call and because I was late, Rhonda told me that I may not get my full session. It's not worth the stress, so if you expect great service go somewhere else.

Rhonda is a little miracle worker!!! I first found Skin Lab & Wellness Spa advertised on Groupon. I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did. I started with microneedling due to all the acne scarring on my face. It was really bad, folks! After a few microneedling sessions combined with a couple of microdermabrasion sessions, my face has less scarring and the really deep scars are less pronounced. I am so happy and impressed. I will continue to add on services and will definitely continue getting microneedling done on my face. Now, customer service. Rhonda is so sweet and friendly. Not only that, she communicates via texts to alert of any appointments and she will email after-care instructions. I am very pleased with her skills and professionalism. FYI, if you plan to reschedule or cancel an appointment, know that there is a cancellation fee. Rhonda explained this the first time I made my appointment. I totally understand, she is a one-woman operation, and it is fair. Thanks, Rhonda for making my face less textured and raising my self-esteem!

Rhonda and Laura are by far the most helpful, understanding, and supportive technicians I’ve ever met in Texas and I’m blessed to have been a client of theirs for years! They’re really lenient with their policies and are very flexible with scheduling no matter what last minute circumstances may occur. They’ll go above and beyond to ensure you achieve your ideal figure and that you’ll get the best experience with whatever services you need from their Wellness Spa.

I honestly don't know what number of stars to leave in this review. I initially found Rhonda through Groupon and continued seeing her sporadically for skin peels, and eventually added on additional services. She was always professional and courteous, and very attentive in providing good quality service. Then one day I contacted her to make a follow up appointment and didn't get a reply. After several days I reached out again, and again after another week. It's now been over a month and I've tried to reach Rhonda by phone, website and text with no reply after at least 4 or 5 messages left. What kind of business just ghosts a client with no explanation? If you have a client who is not a good fit or there is some kind of problem, be professional and let them know so they can resolve it or go elsewhere. This has been a perplexing situation because there was no indication of any problem or concern during my last visit... first I worried that something had happened to Rhonda or her business, then I eventually realized she just ghosted me for some unknown reason. That is weird, unprofessional behavior for a service business, and there are too many other good skin care providers in town to waste my time and energy in this manner. Leaving three stars because quality of work was good but ultimately would not recommend.
