I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude during my surgery yesterday. From the moment I arrived, the nurse made me feel comfortable and at ease, which was incredibly important given my nerves. Carl was not only professional but also compassionate, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answering all of my questions with patience. Nurse Carl was great. He really made me feel comfortable and relaxed, even before the cocktail. All of the staff are super nice . Their new facility is beautiful , clean and easy to find where you need to be. They all especially Dr Schaner and his nurse Carl took extra time to answer questions and explain the procedure so I was comfortable with everything. Highly, highly recommend the San Antonio facility

I recently had a consultation at Sono Bello, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism from my consultant Verenia. She took the time to understand my goals and made me feel completely at ease by walking me through each step of the process. Not only did she answer all my questions with honesty and transparency, but she also offered insights that helped me feel confident in my decision. She wasn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Instead, she was genuinely interested in helping me find the best option for me. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to such a knowledgeable and caring consultant!

Verenia was the first person I saw here at Sono Bello and let me tell you she had me at ease the moment I sat in her office. Thanks for all the love and support and honesty. My Nurse Danielle and Andrea were both very caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. They both made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my procedure. Andrea was very quick at responding to me when I had questions after my procedure and didn’t remember what to do. Overall my experience has been nothing but phenomenal.
