Texas Dermatology- Dominion Crossing

I went to have a Mohs procedure done. It was on a Saturday, but there were lots of people in the lobby. It took a while to get in, but the procedure went incredibly smooth. Went back to the lobby to await the results. It takes quite a while, but I was called back earlier than expected. My test came back clear, so they stitched me up, bandaged, and sent me on my way. All in all, a very good procedure. Great crew.

My daughter has severe hereditary eczema and her Pediatrician gave us a referral for her to be seen by a Dermatologist at Texas Dermatology. I was so excited to finally be able to get my daughter in to be seen so we can start getting her some relief and advice on getting her skin to a normal, healthy state. This was our first time being seen at this practice and the first time I've ever heard of this place so I was hoping for the best and hoping the provider we scheduled with would understand the severity of my daughter's skin condition. Our appointment that day was amazing and we ended up scheduling my daughter to be seen by Allison Teague, Certified Physician Assistant, who is absolutely fantastic!!! She said and did everything I was hoping for and more so we now are going to be reoccurring patients of hers. This Doctors office is nice,clean,easy to find,great location,friendly staff,and I highly recommend!

From the initial check-in to the final check-out, the overall experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The medical assistant was both knowledgeable and pleasant. The provider was knowledgeable and attentive to addressing any concerns you may have.Awesome job

Very unprofessional office. The staff have no care for taking care of you and your family. They lost my daughter's referral and are giving me the run around to get her follow up appointment done for fungus which she still has from over a month. This is an urgent matter and with 2 toddlers by my side I don't have all time to play their games. If you don't have a compassionate heart and just want your paycheck- be aware that this is the kind of staff they have here at their front office. Starting with Josephine. I usually don't leave reviews like this but I have been patient and kind long enough.

Well, very disappointed in this place. All dermatology appts are a month out. I scheduled one online, and my grandmother was put in hospice so I had to reschedule. I used the text feature to ask for a reschedule and nothing happened. I called to let them know I couldn't make it and try to reschedule and never got a live person. I left two messages and it's been weeks and no one returned my call or acknowledged the text or email I sent. I looked online to rebook and the appts are again, a month out and I'm not waiting two months, so I'm going somewhere else. Not sure how a place that doesn't have anyone answering phones or respond to any messages, is in business. Not clue if the doctors are good or not because I didn't even get that far with my care. smh lol
