Texas Migraine Clinic

I came across the information for the Texas Migraine Clinic after several different neurologists, several different migraine medications, and at least two other non traditional therapies, and no success. After watching the informative video, I learned I was Dr. Turner’s “average” patient: almost the same number of specialists, drug therapies, alternative therapies, even the average age (plus 1), so I decided to give it a try. The zoom sessions were informative and easy to follow; I didn’t even feel like there was a need to be seen in person. This program was the game changer for me. With all therapies, things may get more difficult before they get better, but they will get better. I feel confident that I am set up to make sure things dont go back to the way were upon graduation. And the best part? The staff! Dr Turner was friendly and compassionate, Annabelle was incredibly kind, and anyone else I spoke with treated me with a smile. Cannot recommend enough.

*Update: It’s been over 3 months and I no longer have chronic migraines. I revisit exercises rarely, but I do maintain the good habits & postures learned to keep me feeling good. These changes are easy to incorporate and it’s all worth the days that turn into weeks without a migraine! 10/10 Recommend* l recommend Dr. Turner at Texas Migraine Clinic to anyone and everyone who has suffered chronic pain. I have had migraines for 37 years along with various types of headaches, phantom pain, foot pain, back pain, and suffered the effects of chronic pain in all areas of my life. Dr. Turner’s understanding of the nerves and how they affect everything in our body is truly mind blowing and revolutionary. His method teaches physical therapy style techniques that I can do at home, and none of them are strenuous. They’re specifically designed to treat the exact area, causing all of my many symptoms. Not only has he changed my life but he’s done it by empowering me to continue my healing on my own. I’ve never had such an honest doctor. I’ve never had such a knowledgeable doctor. I’ve also never experienced a doctor whose goal is complete healing with the knowledge, based on quantifiable data, that it is possible. Dr. Turner is not in for the money, that is obvious that every step. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Turner and his stuff. Everyone has been wonderful and I am now pain-free more than I ever have been in my life. My journey continues even though I won’t need to have or pay for visits any longer. Dr. Turner and I fully expect for me to be 100% pain-free and six more weeks of easy, specific movement reps at home. This is life-changing for me. I’ve had migraines off and on for years, but started having them several times a week in January. I started seeing Dr. Turner about four months ago and have only had two since I started. And they were the mildest I’ve ever ever had. His method of treatment is doable and easy at home. I would recommend him to anyone that has migraines!! And even though we only met through Zoom, my quality of care was absolutely wonderful!!

All I can say is if you’re on the fence about Dr. Turners method, JUST DO IT! I suffered for almost 8 years with debilitating migraines and my life just felt so messed up because of the worry if when, how I will get a migrane. Did I eat something wrong ETC. Not only did my headaches go away but he teaches you how to track them and the triggers which is Pricesless as a yoga practitioner and exercise fanatic I love to learn how to help myself without pills. Be patient and trust that he knows what he’s doing and you WILL HEAL! Elise

I have had chronic migraines for 40 years ! I had surgeries for migraines and sinus surgery and Botox , I tried all the preventative medicines and nothing helped ! I started taking aimovig shots once a month and got them down to maybe 13 or so a month . Then I read about the Texas Migraine Clinic and decided to try it as I was desperate! I started the treatments and had almost immediate results! Now if I keep up with my exercises I am down to 1 a month !
