I am always greeted with professionalism and a smile when I visit. Although everyone is great, I specifically have to rave about Crosby. She is warm, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable in the skincare department. She always knows exactly what to recommend and never suggests more than what she knows will enhance your beauty and keep you feeling/looking young. I would give 10 stars if I could.

After being with Crosby for 3 years now and following her to 3 different spas, I can gladly say that she is the best medical esthetician in SA & just a great person overall. She is amazing at what she does especially if you are suffering with acne! The heights has amazing employees and they all have been so welcoming in the short time that I have been going!

Crosby is the most amazing laser provider! have been getting laser treatments for 15 years, and I’ve gone to many different places. But Crosby is hands down the best. She has so much knowledge of the latest laser treatments and maximizing the results for your specific skin condition. She walks you thru each step and makes you feel so comfortable and informed. She suggested a BBL & Moxie for me and I was blown away by the results. Crosby is incredible and I can’t wait for my next laser treatment with her!

Stephanie is the best! She always leaves my skin silky and glowing and i leave so relaxed. Diana is also an amazing injector and everyone who who helped me out or worked on me has always been super friendly and give off great vibes! Love this med spa
