Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Olmos Park

I visited the Olmos Park location for a botox appointment specifically to get a feel for the practice after having received a mailer. I thought if I had a positive experience I would transfer all of my care from my existing dermatology office. Y'all it was a fantastic experience, and I've absolutely transferred care! From the moment I walked in everyone was wonderful, from reception, to the nurse, to Dr. Edwards! (She is very down to earth and easy to talk to, which I find quite comforting.) The office is beautiful and welcoming; I felt right at home. If you're looking to establish care for any dermatology needs I highly recommend you give them a try!

I highly recommend Dr. Rottluff. Unlike my previous dermatologist, who didn’t fully address my concerns, Dr. Rottluff was attentive and genuinely listened to what I had to say. She took the time to explain her recommended treatments, making me feel heard and confident in her care. The entire team was welcoming—Chloe, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional as well. The office itself is clean and has a lovely, feminine touch. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely marvelous staff. The nurse called me back at my exact appointment time, and I saw the doctor within a matter of minutes. The nurse and doctor were both personable and friendly. Clean and sleek office, would recommend to anyone.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kathryn Turney, and she was thorough in explaining the treatment process. She was kind, caring, and very professional. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’m very pleased with the quality of care at the Olmos Park location of Westlake Dermatology.

I have had two Diamond Glow facials by the aesthetician Andrea. She is amazing! First of all, she is super gentle on my face. Second, she is so knowledgeable about the skin and skincare. Andrea has put together a regimen of skincare for me that I am finally seeing some desired changes. Love her! The office is very nice, and the ladies up front are very professional and kind. So excited to have this office in Olmos Park!
