This was my first appointment with Hill Country Dermatologists. I ended up going to the wrong location and by doing so, I also waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes fir their return from lunch. When I went to check in, I was told I was at the wrong location and given the address to the correct location after a phone call was made to let the correct location know what had happened. I was having a really bad day. But, when I got to the correct office, everyone there was so nice and understanding. I did not have to reschedule; even though I was an hour late.
