Not a good experience at all. Went for routine skin check, was very rushed, she never asked me to stand, she did not even check all my backside. She was not helpful with my questions/concerns. When I pointed out a spot to ask about it, she picked up a freeze tool, without mentioning that it might not cost extra, then billed me $418 for 1 second with a freeze tool. I have been in dispute for months. She took so long to reply to the dispute that Kelsey-Seybold sent the bill for collections (120 days is all you get and apparently the doctors can take as long as they like to reply to your dispute). Be careful, she will find ways to upcharge you. And then she will be slow with the dispute reply to the point that you get forced to pay it or damage your credit. I will never recommend Dr. Hawayek.

Very professional and listens to my concerns. Very happy with her care.

So dissapointed... she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her time. She didn't even approach or touch me. My areas of concerned were viewed from afar and she made me feel like I should have never booked an appointment.

Dr Hawayek is a great doctor with great ideas about your treatment and explains everything about the process very clearly.
