I had my original consult September 2023 decided to book with Dr. Sosa. The office canceled my surgery through the app with no follow up appointment, no explanation. (I had paid my deposit) Got an appointment for pre-op to be told at that appointment Dr. Sosa wasn’t any longer at that office. I had to ask to meet the surgeon that was going to preform my mmo. Had a good visit with Dr. Shararah. (Felt very confident) had my surgery. My breast are way smaller than I wanted, and I have a permanent horizontal crease in my stomach, and my upper stomach bulges. Shane is definitely the reason this place stayed open. He’s the best!

I had surgery at this place. I only saw the doctor 2 weeks before the surgery, Dr. Shararah gave me indications but no paperwork that explained in detail all that he had told me for the aftercare. Then I saw him before the surgery, which was scheduled for 10 am but didn’t happen until hours later in the afternoon. I was sent home with an aftercare packed that did not pertain to my surgery. I had minor complications, my tummy tuck incision almost got infected because I had no idea of what to do with the tape or anything. Like I said before, the aftercare packet I received was not from Dr. Shararah, maybe a previous doctor and for a different surgery than I had. After my surgery I didn’t see the doctor, but was seen by different nurses who didn’t seem to have much experience with surgery aftercare. One of my drain incisions wouldn’t close and also got infected because there were some stitches that didn’t dissolve, it’s been over 3 months and one of the drain holes is not yet completely closed. Right before my 3 month appointment they let me know my appointment would be rescheduled. Then I noticed that the business changed its name and no longer is doing cosmetic surgery! Which I’m glad. Be safe and do your research, in the end the cheaper price is not worth it if you’re risking your life. Shayne was absolutely wonderful with customer service. Nurse Leann was sweet too. Elaine, not so much. I’m not happy with my chin lipo results, the chin looks uneven. Maybe I’ll fix it in the future but at another place. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place for surgery anymore. Stay away from this place for plastic surgeries, be willing to pay more for professional surgery like it should be done. My sister got plastic surgery too, somewhere else, (her surgery cost a bit more) but she was seen by her surgeon at every post op appointment and was given specific instructions and paperwork for her after care. Don’t risk your life trying to save you money, it’s not worth it.

I was very impressed with the service and results I received from DFW center for aesthetics. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Before my surgery, I felt confident and well informed about the process. My team, including Dr. Lutter, was always available and easy to get in contact with. I loved the app where I could get quick answers, and my team would check in on me post-op often. My results are beyond my expectations and I’m only 1 month out! I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very disappointed I had lipo 360 in May 2023 and went back for revision in January 24 because my lower bra rolls were still very visible . Dr Sosa did my initial lipo but he was no longer there . I had my revision with another dr and decided to get underarm , inner and outer tight lipo as well. Not only did he take too much from by lower back that I have an uneven lower back with bulge, lipo on my under arms was not done from axilia only from my elbows so now have upper bras rolls again and he took to much fat that you can notice my muscle and dents where it stops upper under arms .(I have to hide my arms bc they looks so bad). My Outer tights was done only on one spot size of quarter and you can see the dent. When I went back to get corrections/ revision for my under arms and lower back the dr no longer worked there! And not only that, I would have to pay almost $4000 more for the revisions. Which I refused. This would have been almost $12000 total just on lipo Yes, all staff are very nice however it seems like they don’t care for their patients satisfaction . I would not refer anybody here. Please due your due diligence.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this place and these results. I researched many places and did endless consultations. I am so happy I went with them. Dr.Shararah is fantastic. He is a master of his work. His bedside manner is wonderful and he really knows what he is doing. He made me feel so comfortable and confident going into this surgery. I got a mommy makeover and even though I’m still in the healing stages my tummy is so flat and beautiful. My breast augmentation is beautiful and already so natural looking. The whole team was so kind and really listened to what I was looking for. I am beyond happy with this whole experience. I traveled out of state to get this procedure done and it was worth every penny and more.
