Luxe & Lavish Med Spa

Avoid Luxe and Lavish at all costs. I went to Luxe and Lavish seeking treatment for under-eye hollows and fine lines, but my experience has been a nightmare. The injector convinced me to use nine syringes of Bellafill, which I later discovered is not even recommended for under-eye treatments. Trusting their supposed expertise, I went ahead with the procedure, but the results were disastrous. My face became asymmetrical, and a noticeable lump formed under my left eye shortly after the treatment. When I voiced my concerns, I was told to wait for the filler to settle, but the lump never went away. During follow-ups, the injector admitted she didn’t know how to fix the issue and claimed dissolving the bump could cause blindness. Instead, I was pressured into purchasing another syringe of Bellafill to “correct” the problem. Not only did the original lump remain, but a new one formed after the second injection. Luxe and Lavish promised to correct any mistakes but refused to provide a refund or proper resolution when things went wrong. They ignored my repeated attempts to communicate and were rude and dismissive when they did respond. I’ve since consulted another medical professional who confirmed that the damage under my eye was caused by their injections, and correcting it will cost me thousands of dollars. This business lacks the professionalism, expertise, and accountability necessary to perform these treatments safely. They take your money, deliver poor results, and leave you to deal with the consequences. Don’t make the same mistake I did—save your time, money, and face.

I have always had small lips where you could barely see my top lip well I finally got the courage up to have it done and I am amazed at the difference it made. I totally love it. Lucy & Kristi and staff were very professional and made the whole process very smooth. I recommend if you need anything done at all to give them a call don’t wait like I did.

I went here one time and enjoyed my service. They have since undergone new management and I continuously have gotten d new marketing. I’ve asked to stop and unsubscribe and I still get it. I’m at the point where I have to block every number they send messages from. While I wouldn’t have minded using this company again with new management, the fact that they can’t respect Communication preferences makes me not want to do more business with them

She's very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed. I told her what I was aiming for and she nailed it. I'm definitely going to be a regular client moving forward. This is the only med spa I will ever go to again! My wife has always insisted I go to one of these places at least once a year, and this is the only one that I wanted to go back to. I go at least once a month now. The staff and service is absolutely top notch and their pricing is refreshingly fair. Fellas, do yourself a favor and treat yo self!
