I got the halo laser treatment done by charity. Appropriately, I was prepped to anticipate various effects after the treatment and during the treatment such as some discomfort during the treatment and swelling, heat, and hyperpigmentation after. I had no pain during the treatment. It was similar to my clear and brilliant laser treatments. The heat feeling after the treatment was easily taken care of by icing. I didn’t have any swelling. With the peeling done just now, I’m already pleased with a more lifted and smoother appearance especially along my brows which I furrow a lot and my face. The pigmentation is mild, but Charity provided a cream to help that recover and be controlled. She was also great to provide me her phone number to address any questions or concerns. I’m really happy with this and can’t wait to see continued amazing results over the next few weeks!

From the initial phone call to current (12 weeks po) I’ve had the best communication with Anderson and his nurses! I had a hefty procedure done and am OBSESSED with the results! I couldn’t refer him and his staff enough. If you’re on the fence, do it. It’s the best decision you’ll make!

Every staff member I have an interaction with at this facility was extremely kind and courteous. I met with Onna who took her time to explain in depth all the procedures that I was interested in, including pro’s and con’s and also very patient. I’ll definitely be going back to her for my needs.

I waited 2 hours and never got to see the doctor. From the conversation I had with his staff, this is normal. I understand a little bit longer of a appointment time I’ve had two other consultations and they definitely last a little over an hour, but I sat in a room by myself for most of the two hours. Unacceptable, I better Not be Charged the consultation fee, rather they should be paying me for my Lost time at work. I’ll Send them my billable hours. This seems to indicate the level of care provided. I had a meeting and couldn’t wait longer. So disappointed!
