Today, when I arrived it was a Full House, but the staff makes a team like not a problem. A very courteous great professional, the doct really goes that extra mile. Make sure that you need me samples. You can have him. The covers. All your problems goes over and takes his time with you. I really enjoy going there. I know I'm getting the best service possible.

All the staff at TruSkin are amazing. They take such good care of their patients. My whole family goes to see Kevin. Each experience has been wonderful. Very informative with process and procedures when/if necessary. Looking after my kiddos and their skin for over 5 years now. My husband and I a lot longer than that. Highly recommend

Use caution if you're a long term patient using the (old?) patient portal. I booked an appointment using my portal sign-in, showed up today... no appointment. Booked another appointment on website today, confirmed with call and email. Otherwise, happy with experience.

From the minute I walked in, the two ladies at the front desk helped me check and you immediately feel comfortable. I saw the physicians assistant Keven. He answered any concerns I had and again made me comfortable with the procedures he was doing. Amanda at check out was just as nice as the others in the office. So glad my doctor recommended them.

Waited outside for 20 min in the waiting area then waited in the patient room for 30 minutes for Dr. Kevin for a skin cancer screening. He finally came in and asked me where the cancer was I showed him and then he looked quickly and then he looked at my left arm and that is all he looked at. I was told prior he was going to thoroughly examine my full body- for 400 bucks you’d think he would have. They scheduled me to do an exam again in 6 months which I don’t see why because it wasn’t evaluated thoroughly the first time. no one bothered to call after the 10 days with the biopsy info so I called then asked questions and the nurse never called back with the insurance and cost info. If anyone else has to wait 40 min and then only has 10 minutes with the DR where he rushes you and you don’t feel cared for and so rushed you don’t have a chance to ask one question you should definitely leave a review. It’s our job to hold health care professionals accountable.
