Dr. Joseph Pearlman at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center did a fantastic job on my breast augmentation! He was extremely courteous and professional, taking the time to go over every step of the process in detail. I truly appreciated his transparency and the thorough explanation of everything before surgery. All the staff are amazing. I have been getting all my procedures done with Dr Perlman since I was 19. Absolutely love the people and my results!!! I will keep coming back and telling all my friends and family members who they can trust.

Everyone is very friendly and professional such a pleasure! My procedures went better than I could ever expected and the recovery time with less than what was expected. I would highly recommend them!! And we definitely use them again

"Botched and Breached Contract!" This was a horrible experience, I was referred by Seychelles Med Spa to Dr.Perlman, He has caused pain, suffering and deformities to my neck "Breached Contract", refusing Revision surgery! He removed too much fat from under my chin and refused to fix it! Slyvia Diaz (Staff member) is rude and disrespectful, She canceled my Revision surgery 3 days before it was scheduled after waiting over a month for the procedure, stating Dr.Perlman was not doing surgeries and she didn't know when he would, she called back the next day saying come back in for evaluation, but didn't know when he would do the surgery. I knew then I would never receive the Revision surgery, I was in need of! Dr.Perlman had me make appointment for Revision surgery knowing it was needed, he saw the issues that needed to be corrected and then denied surgery? I assume because I reported the rude behavior of Sylvia Diaz to Seychelles Med Spa's owner, being Dr.Joseph Perlman has joined Seychelles Med Spa's team now. Seychelles owner was going to talk with Dr.Perlman or someone in office about Sylvia Diaz unprofessional, rude behavior, I was called back by Seychelles Med Spa confirming they had spoke with someone about the matter! I never had any problems with Dr.Joseph Perlman until this incident! He denied my surgery, Reason being "Circumstances and Reviews" I was truthful in everything I wrote in review! Dr. Perlman called me a liar on other website in his response to my review! I have no reason to lie, I have called repeatedly literally crying with pain, No calls answered or returned calls, only uncaring Emails! I left a review, but was removed. Dr.Joseph Perlman has multiple websites His response on review was "Sorry you feel your life is ruined," No, Dr.Joseph Perlman my neck is deformed by you! I have pulling skin from Dr. Perlman liposuctioning to much fat from under my chin, If I could only send pictures, (COBRA NECK) with bruising, shocking pain in my face, numbness and fat loss "Botched!" Dr.Perlman literally cut a mole off my chin leaving a huge scar, noticed by his staff member! Dr.Perlman does not care about the well being of his patients! Read reviews from other patients of Dr.Perlman on different websites, I was saddened by their horrific experiences at the hands of Dr.Perlman. I could relate to the horrible experiences they have endured! I have never encountered a Doctor so uncaring about a patient or anyone in need of medical attention until this experience! He said he would send names of other Plastic Surgeons (Why?), but would not pay for their services! I already paid Dr.Perlman for surgery that he has denied! Dr. Perlman you say you will not give full refund in reviews, but you said no refund in emails! To see review at Advanced Plastic Surgery Centre, Joseph M. PERLMAN M.D "Removed" I know Dr.Perlman's response will be totally different "UNTRUTHFUL", but I pray the truth will be revealed! Dr.Perlman, I don't understand why this had to happen in such a senseless, inmature and careless way, Sir If this had happened to you or someone you know, you would be Devastated, Overwhelmed and Disgusted with the deformities, pain and suffering as well, but it happened to me and you don't care! This is unfair and inhumane! I assume I was conned into a fraudulent scam, The untruthful statements by Dr Joseph M Perlman even changing up websites saying "Permanently Closed" to remove reviews! Personally I would take responsibility of my actions Dr.Perlman instead of losing potential patients! Dr. Perlman and his staff are deceiving, the negligence you Joseph Perlman have caused me, will cost thousands to correct after seeing another Plastic Surgeon! If I only knew I was scammed into a botched surgery! Beware of Advanced Plastic surgery centre, Dr.Joseph M Perlman and his staff! Read reviews from older websites, The truth will be revealed! All my reviews are removed by Advanced Plastic Surgery Centre Dr.Joseph M Perlman and staff! Let's see if this review will be posted and not removed!

Been going to Dr. Perlman since 2004 on various procedures including surgery and facial treatments. I trust him based on his credentials and experience. My confidence is uplifted after every procedure. I highly recommend him if you want a superior end result.
