Advanced Dermatology – Sugar Land, TX

I had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The medical assistant was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring I understood the treatment plan clearly. Most importantly, Ms. Arceneaux was a wealth of knowledge. I had been losing hope about my hair thinning, but she reassured me that it was manageable. She took the time to understand my hair styling preferences and offered recommendations without any judgment.

Dr. Kendra Salazar and staff are phenomenal! I wanted a doctor that knew all skin types. Dr. Salazar took a look at my concerns and was able to provide me with solutions. She even provided information to me further educate me on my current condition. She provided such relief and I love how professional she was and her staff when coming into her office. I would highly recommend Dr. Salazar and any other doctor with advanced dermatology. They took great care of me. I look forward to my two week appointment with Dr. Salazar.

We were scheduled at 7:30 am and were promptly taken back. The doctor and nurse were both very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We received wound care instructions and numbers to call if there was a problem. We waited on test results was sutured up and completed our visit by 9:30 am. Very nice office assistants who assisted in checking us out. Good visit.

Everything went smoothly. Shayla was very informative and knowledgeable. I was pleased and comfortable with the interaction. It was just a consultation, so I can't comment on her work.

I had a great experience meeting Kendra Salazar for the first time. She and her assistant Nicole were very friendly and thorough in addressing my issue. Right away Ms. Salazar told me what was happening and how we would start a regimen in fixing it. I like the idea of taking pictures to keep up with the progress. I did have a bit of a wait when I arrived in the office and now I understand why, Ms. Salazar’s great bedside manner. I am excited to see results and return to the office in several weeks. The office was clean, quiet, beautiful and easy to find. This was a great recommendation.
