**0-Star Review: Extremely Unprofessional & Neglectful Patient Care** I’ve been a patient at this clinic since December 2023 for persistent acne treatment. After months of trial treatments, I started Accutane in May 2024 under their supervision. **Monthly follow-ups were required**, and I complied diligently. **Critical Issue #1: Abandoned During Medical Crisis** In October (my 6th month on Accutane), I was diagnosed with a suspicious breast mass requiring an immediate biopsy. **I promptly called the clinic to discuss pausing my medication**—a crucial step due to Accutane’s risks. The doctor advised me to stop treatment temporarily. After completing tests and receiving benign results, **I repeatedly called the clinic for guidance on resuming medication**. **No one responded to calls or voicemails**, leaving me stranded without medical direction. **Critical Issue #2: Disregard for Existing Patients** Shockingly, when I later sought help for a previously diagnosed onychopapilloma (a condition they identified), the clinic **"forgot" who I was**. They had referred me to a surgeon who didn’t accept my insurance. When I requested another referral, they claimed **"no record" of my case** and acted as if I were a stranger. **This proves systemic negligence**—are all inactive patient files deleted? **Final Warning to Future Patients** A clinic that **ghosts patients mid-treatment**, **fails to document medical history**, and **offers zero follow-up during emergencies** lacks basic professionalism and empathy. My experience reflects **a pattern of apathy**, not an isolated mistake. Save yourself the stress—**choose a clinic that values patient care over profit**.
This business had a great reputation in my eyes, my mother has gone to the location off Washington for some time now. I live in a different area and found myself at the Sugarland location. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! There is a lady, Suzanne, at the nurses desk who you HAVE to talk to. She is very unpleasant. In person and on the phone. I was having issues with my prescriptions and needed some information from the office and she made me feel like I was the one who messed up. HELLO WHO WORKS HERE? NOT ME. She was short on the phone with me when I had to call after I left the office as well. I would recommend she find a job she actually enjoys, since she seems so miserable at this one.
My husband has been seeing Dr Hiscox for over a year, and he’s amazing! The staff is always very friendly and professional. There’s never a long wait. In and out in no time
Everyone is very professional, but also very kind and helpful. Wish I didn't have to come here so often 😟, but at least they make it as pleasant as they can. *Recent experience was with Dr. Patel and her staff. I couldn't as for better. They were great.
Disappointed to say receptionist was very unprofessional, sounded annoyed and upset to be having to answer a few questions I had about the office taking my insurance. To add on, she then proceeds to hang up the phone on me in the middle of a question I began to ask. Deeply upset with this place.
