Elite DOC Health and Beauty: Naz Keshwani, M.D.

I’ve been going to Elite Doc since 2018 and I am very pleased with their service and products offered. Their facial treatments/products especially their BB sunscreen works beautifully. I saw a drastic difference in just a couple of days of using the products. The staff is amazing and very nice. Always a pleasure when I go there. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

Be aware!!!!! I was prompted to leave a review at the clinic right after the procedure. So, I initially put a 5 star . However, after swelling subsided, I realized that Dr. Keshvani literally ruined my Europe vacation and upcoming holidays by injecting Botox unevenly around my lower lip. He only injected under one side of my lip. When I brought this to his attention after coming back from my trip, he denied completely. In the middle of trying to somehow justify, he said this was a trial of some kind, as if I offered to be a guinea pig! Then he said not to worry because it is going to go away in 6 months!!! His screw up caused a total crookedness in my lower lip, which pulls to one side (see image). As you can see, it is so drastic that I refuse to go anywhere. I decided to go to him in hopes that this could be remedied or he would at least try to make the situation tolerable. When I asked him for a refund, he first suggested a future discount. I told him I am not going back. He then reluctantly offered a pesky refund of about $200 for a initial charge of over $2200. Receptionist Golnaz was constantly apologizing for his screwup.

Look no further!! I’ve been a client of Dr. Keshwani since 2018 and never looked back. I can always trust that I’ll get excellent AND long lasting results!! Definitely top tier

Disappointed! Staff definitely displays an unwelcoming demeanor towards Groupon customers. If your business doesn't wish to accommodate these clients, it would be best not to advertise through Groupon. I purchased a treatment I'd been interested in trying after finding a deal on Groupon. Upon arrival and completing paperwork, the attending staff immediately attempted to upsell additional treatments. However, upon mentioning my Groupon purchase, her demeanor and attitude abruptly changed, displaying unprofessional behavior that left me astonished and displeased. And I certainly was a patient there, for you to say you don't have any records is an awful attempt to discredit my review. Would you like to see my group on history purchase?

I was super skeptical at first like they are just trying to sell more stuff... but after I finished my initial appointment and received my bellafill they were in fact not trying to just sell me.... they know very well what they are talking about! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends!!!! The staff and doctor are amazing!!!! I'm going back in a month for my follow up and probably getting more bellafill like they suggested!! I recommend them highly!!!! I was recommended to them, and now I will recommended them as well!!!
