U.S. Dermatology Partners Sulphur Springs

Loved this doctor!! This was a great experience for someone who has had terrible experiences with other dermatologists in the past. When I lost my good one to a move, I was so hopeful that a local derm would open a practice where I moved to and be great. Dr. Alters met all my expectations and then some. Her front office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took care of the issue I went in for and was able to address other questions I had. I will be going back and switching my daughter over to her as well!

Great experience! Went with my wife and from the front counter staff to the doctor and nurse who saw us, we had a great a time as any could when going to the doctor. Friendly and knowledgeable workers and were in and out in a timely manner.

Called, explained everything to the girl on the other end of the line what was going on with me and then she tells me that she just makes appointments and I need to talk to a nurse. She should have said she scheduled and put me through before I went through everything. So the line she sends me to is a recording. Thanks; I appreciate it.

Just moved to the area and needed a new dermatologist. Was greeted with smiles from the office staff to the nursing staff, to Dr. visit. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

They are always so compassionate and take care of you in a timely manner. I have been here several times now and they never disappoint.
