I joined the gym so I could keep doing rehab on the off days. The treadmill came in handy for the rainy days.

The attendance, sir and the special trainers for therapy there, including Brian, are just awesome, awesome people, they help my recovery come along faster and gave me incentive to get stronger after my double knee surgery would highly advise checking them out and their memberships are fair and decent too.

Only went to a few sessions for Physical Therapy very nice people there I just couldn't tolerate the therapy cause I have a habit of pushing myself to far but this isn't my 1st rodeo for therapy I've had it at other places & this by far is the best I would highly recommend
