Katy Boren was able to accurately diagnose my skin lesion to put my concerns to rest, and then followed up with pathology verification. Moreover, she made a recommendation and referral to reduce some scarring, and then followed up with phone conversations to verify that needed procedures could be performed. When they weren’t, she called me directly with a different referral. She is so professional, her expertise is outstanding, and her follow up and communication are fantastic. I’m willing to drive an hour each way just to receive her services.
