Complete Dermatology-The Woodlands

Amanda the assistant/nurse had such a great attitude to her. She was reassuring and patient with me during the little procedure, as well as soft-handed with the huge needle. This all made for a pleasant experience despite a not so pleasant operation.

I would rate them less than one star if that is possible. Made an appointment months in advance and at the last moment they changed it without consideration of my schedule or needs. Had to make several phone calls to get an appointment on the same day and at approximately the same time. They told me that they needed to change my appointment so that someone that needed a melanoma removed immediately could get that done. I appreciate they are taking care of that patient but at the expense of another. Once I got to the office, I spent 20 or so minutes completing paperwork (normal for a doctor’s office). Once called back, I learned that all of that information was not available to the medical assistant and she proceeded to ask for all that information again to put into her tablet. A total waste of my time at this doctor’s office. Find another doctor that has a better appreciation for their patients and their patients time.

Dr Paine always treats me with care and respect. She thoroughly and honestly answers all my concerns. My husband and I agree that she’s the best. Sets a very high bar!!! Her office is well run and wait time is consistently minimal!

As always, the most amazing staff and my precious Dr Payne. Been going there for several years and always leave my visit knowing I've had the best care possible. She has been so attentive to my cancer after care and follow up. Trust my life to her fully
