I highly recommend any skincare treatment by Shannon! This was my first time having a Hydra Facial with her (3rd one ever). She said she trained with a dermatologist, which is quite evidant in her vast understanding of skin and how different products impact it. She started with a lymphatic drainage device which I've never had done before. I'm in healthcare so while trying to relax, was geeking out internally at the precious of her anatomical knowledge and her indepth explainations of physiology! I like that she did not push products on me, but instead explained on how to take care of my skin from the inside out. The owner, Dr Jamil happened to be there, he was kind enough to take me back for a quick consult and explain the BR product line in depth along with my concerns. Ally at the front desk is super sweet, knowledgeable and honest in making recommendations based on your needs. I am so happy with my experience here. Booking is super easy, parking is convenient, all the staff is kind and above all the place is clean and well maintained. I would probably go more often if there was a membership option. Best MedSpa in The Woodlands!

Grace Bartlett is absolutely amazing! Best facial I have ever had. She was very professional, she let me relax, and she had a very gentle touch. She was also very knowledgeable about products and all things skincare. My skin has never looked or felt so good!

I have been a fan of Biologique Recherche products for a long time, but I would advise against purchasing them from this store. While I usually buy my products directly from BR, this time I decided to give Atelier Beauté a try. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The product I purchased from Atelier Beauté seemed off; it was sticky, bubbly and not the usual thickness I am accustomed to. Given that the cream costs over $200, I immediately reported the issue to the store. They took my phone number and assured me that the owner would contact me to resolve the matter. However, a week passed, and I did not receive any communication from them. Frustrated by the lack of response, I reached out to Atelier Beauté again, but still, no one reached out to address my concerns. I must say, the customer service I experienced here does not match the premium price of the product. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that they used to have a great esthetician who has since left, and the last time I visited, the service was not up to par. In the future, I will stick to purchasing Biologique Recherche products directly from their official store, where I know I will receive top-notch products and excellent customer service. I hope that Atelier Beauté can improve their service to meet the expectations of their customers, especially when dealing with high-end products like these. Overall, my advice would be to avoid purchasing Biologique Recherche products from Atelier Beauté until they can ensure a more satisfactory customer experience.

Absolutely LOVE Ella she is the best with the laser. Every appointment I have had with her has been better than the last. I'm excited to be hair free with her assistance. I would definitely recommend any of their services and the team at L'Atelier de Beaute.
