NU-U is beautiful! I did aesthetics training here and every part of my experience from the moment I walked through the doors, to the interactions, services and trainings were amazing. One of the best aesthetics in Houston! I love how patient they are in explaining the process of the services you're interested in. I feel completely safe in their hands with a doctor and nurse on-site. I go every 6 months for my Botox full face service, and once every 2 years for my filler services. Highly recommend—like I always say, they won’t PLAY ON YOUR FACE!

Nu-U MedSpa is such a beautiful place. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed in a clean and organized environment. Kia, Delasi, and Dr. Owusu were absolutely amazing during my aesthetics training. I walked away with a wealth of knowledge and felt like part of the family. Kia was incredibly patient and answered every question I had. Dr. Owusu did an excellent job breaking down the information, demonstrating the proper techniques, and providing valuable feedback on where I could improve. Delasi, the nurse injector, did a fantastic job asking me the right questions, just like I would encounter with real patients, and showed me how she performs procedures. Dalasi did my facial treatment and was truly excellent. Her patience and calming demeanor made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be returning for future appointments.

I used to love this place, but since the office manager and my fav injector left in May it has become so unprofessional. They charged my credit card that was on file from previous purchases without permission. Totally unauthorized. Refused to respond to multiple emails or calls and refuse to let me know if they have deleted my CC info. They need new management. Terrible customer service!!!
