As a lifetime runner with almost no Cartlidge in their left knee, I had given up all hopes of running for the rest of my life. I had looked at surgery or stem cell injections, but that was all very expensive and I personally don't like the idea of surgery on my knees. After researching PRP injections, I looked up a few places that administered them and the reviews for New You Wellness were great, so figured I'd give them a try. I went with a 4 package plan and just finished my fourth. I'd say I'm very happy with the results. I've been able to start doing squats again in order to strengthen my quads and hamstrings. I've also been able to run short distances without the previous pain. As I continue to drop the extra weight from not running and strengthening my core muscles, I know I'll be able to get back into running 5k's, which are my favorite. Most doctors laughed at or looked down on PRP when I brought it up, but I like to find a way even when doubters are prevalent and I'd like to say PRP was the answer best fit for me without having to complete expensive and invasive surgeries with long healing times. Aside from the procedure working, I loved walking in to staff always smiling and making you feel like they cared to be there and it wasn't just a job for them. Good vibes and results is how I would summarize my experience at New You Wellness. Definitely recommend a consultation at least.
