My visit was one that could have ended with a cancer diagnosis so when I got there I was very nervous. Everyone I. encountered was very friendly and helpful. Their way of dealing with me helped me feel a little more relaxed. I'm happy to say I received good news but I can say without a doubt that if I ever need the services of a dermatologist again I will definitely call Dr. McMahan's office.

We had such a great experience for our first visit. I messed up and was almost 2 hours late for our appointment. The front desk went and spoke with Dr. McMahan. She ended up, squeezing us in since we had driven almost an hour for the appointment and because the appointment was made almost two months ago. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. McMahan and her nurse. Loved my results and felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend her and her staff if you are looking to just help a few areas to go see her. Pricing is amazing also. Just an added plus.

Dr McMahon didn’t communicate everything that was apparently done during the appt. I’ve seen her several times and she’s always very quick to get through each appt. I am a “self-pay” and at the end of my last appt I paid for the services received. About a month later, I received an additional bill for service that she did not discuss with me. I talked to the office and was told they billed my insurance (keep in mind I am self-pay) and it didn’t pay so they were billing me. I was told on the day of services I paid for what was on the paper they gave me for check-out but an additional procedure was entered on the iPad that had not been included on the paper. I was also told this happens a lot. I was adamant there was no discussion with me nor was there anything different done to indicate there should be an additional charge. My conversation was to no avail and charges will not be reversed. I will not see Dr McMahon again as it’s obvious she’s going too quick during the appt to discuss fully what she’s doing and what will be billed.

Dr. McMahan takes the time to make sure you understand what is going to happen in plain language. She makes sure you're comfortable before starting any procedure. The staff are always pleasant and caring. Couldn't ask for anything better.
