Jennz Laser Center

I had my very first appointment at Jennz on Saturday. The establishment was extremely clean & cozy. The young lady at the desk was very nice & accommodating. I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. Jenn was sweet, outgoing & professional. She explained everything in detail before starting the procedure. I am more than happy with my first experience and can't wait to see the results. I look forward to aging gracefully with the help of Jennz. I feel like I've known Jenn forever!

Finally !!!! Laser hair treatments that are affordable and actually work !!! I paid several thousand dollars a few years ago and almost zero results. I would say not even a noticeable change in the amount of hair I found Jennz and honestly did not have high hopes but the price was so amazing I had to go for it. After the very first appointment my hair was reduced more than 2 solid years of going to the previous center. I love jennz. The staff is super sweet. The facility is always clean and more than anything, the results are amazing !!!

These people are not dermatologists. They disfigured my face, 12yrs ago, after telling me the procedure could not cause any permanent damage! Maybe it would not be permanent if I could afford to spend $5,000 to fix the damage they have done to my face (after charging me over $1000). Jenn admitted she barely turned the machine up, but she forgot to inform her colleague who turned the machine all the way up. Then, her answer was that I must have deeper issues than my skin! I was in tears when I left and she laughed at me.

I used their Laser Center for laser hair removal this past year. The price was unbelievable, so I didn't mind driving as far as I was going to have to for the treatments. When I initially called to inquire about the special, the receptionist was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I was informed that to take advantage of the special pricing, I would have to pay the full package cost in advance. No problem. However, thru the course of my treatment, 4 out of the 6 required appointments were rescheduled due to various excuses. I actually started to feel sorry for the receptionist when she would have to call me to inform me that my appointment was needing to be rescheduled yet again. I hope she gets paid well, because if she had to cal more than a handful of clients this often, that had to be stressful!! I hate to leave a bad review because the rest of the staff at Jennz was always so friendly and courteous whenever I would finally get an appointment that stuck. They were engaging and hospitable every time, offering a drink, conversation, and even snacks while I waited. But, the support staff aside, it wasn't worth it to me to drive to Weatherford because of the inconsideration and inconvenience of the constant rescheduling.

Went for a massage awhile back & it was not good. The therapist talked the whole time & when she figured out we knew some of the same people, her whole tone changed. I hope shes not there anymore, but customer service could have been much better.
