She was very thorough, attentive and open for questions leading up to my implant removal with breast lift, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Surgery came and went without any issues and follow-ups have been a breeze. I would recommend Dr Rich, she is very experienced and her and her staff are dedicated to their patients.

Dr.Rich and her staff are amazing!!! This is my second breast augmentation with them. My last one was 8 years ago, and I just had my second one about a month ago. Everything went smoothly. Pre and post op went great! They explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. The day of my surgery it also went smoothly everything was on time and no issues. After surgery I didn’t have much pain at all. I’m very happy with my results. I recommend them 100%.
