Really Love this place. I have been a client for a few years now and everyone here has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and attentive from the moment you walk in. Linda is an absolute Angel. Anything you need she will accommodate with a smile. Heather is very knowledgeable and informative. She has always shared my views and has helped me to achieve my goals. I get my Botox here, highly recommend! Ask for Beth, she’s absolutely amazing. Answers all questions and makes you feel super comfortable. I send all my friends here. Small note, always arrive on time or slightly early, there is a tardiness policy. With the professionalism, I understand!

Do not go here! Had some Botox done…went back twice. Electricity was out one week (not my fault or theirs ) but I needed a touch up. First time I went they told me I had to wait longer (it had been 4 days). I typically see better results by then. Then the next time (Monday) they were closed but spoke with the manager . I explained to them I had a grandbaby coming that was two and a half hours away and had to be there . A class on Tuesday. They said I could pop over there during my lunch break…Pearland and back to my class….that’s more than a lunch break away. The manager did t even offer me any type of discount on my next appointment due to the issues all she said was she was sorry….i have never ask for or have ever wanted something g for nothing but I have been in business for myself and tried to accommodate my customers or at least come to some kind of agreement. All I got was I’m sorry ……this was the first and LAST time I will ever go here !

I booked my first appointment here for derma-planing. Valerie was great! She took her time, was meticulous, and explained everything step by step. A very relaxing experience over all. I’ll definitely be back!
