I started coming here in April for weight loss assistance in which I began tirzerpatide. My results have been amazing! Between now and April, I am down 50+ lbs and look the best I have in a couple years now. The staff (Carmen) & nurses (Kim and Rachel) are personable, very understanding and easy to work with. Overall great experience!

Great environment Mrs. Kim is the best very helpful wonderful motherly guide. Answered all my questions. 10/10. I have a big fear of shots… but she has a touch of an angel didn’t feel a thing.

Webster weight loss was a gem in my life. I am in smaller clothes right now because of them. Kim and Carmen are angels in your weight loss journey. I would highly recommend.

The staff here are excellent. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Duchon, Kim, and Carmen. This is a phenomenally run office and they treated me like family, even when they hardly know me. This is a little long, but please bear with till the end. My car wouldn’t start on my second visit. I asked a gentleman next door sitting outside if he could give me a jump. He pointed out, it would be almost impossible unless it was one of the cars next to me. Lo and behold a woman walks out of the office to get in the car next to me. I ask her if she would mind giving me a jump start with the cables I have. Thankfully, she could. The gentleman showed me how to attach the cables properly to each car’s battery charger and I was on my way. Good thing he did because I needed a jump later that night. I had a car to help me, but no one knew how to attach the jumper cables. When I went back for next appointment, Carmen told me that had been her husband outside the day before. I lamented about having to keep jumpstarting my car even though the battery was brand new. I knew the alternator needed replacing. I just didn’t have it in my budget. After my appointment, Dr. Duchon offers my his personal mechanic’s phone number and name who has very good prices so I can check and see if he can give me a better price than the one I have received. I’ll stop there. When they say, “if there’s anything we can help you with” they mean it. That’s five star service.
