I have been going to Selina Santos for over 10 years! I have had an incredible experience with her over many years! Selina is a conservative, amazing person to talk to as she explains everything in detail! I have sent probably 10 friends to Selina and all adore her! I cannot recommend Selina more! If someone had had a bad experience, it is their own preconceived notions ! Selina knows everything about neurotoxins and all things regarding botox , cosmetic lasers, etc!!! I am very picky and would never go anywhere else! Thank You, Selina and staff for years of complete satisfaction by this patient!!

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel like when it comes to med spas/ injectables it's important to do research and read reviews of other people's experiences. TLDR; sally was a little rude, made me feel dumb as heck and the end result was droopy eyelids and no acknowledgement. I would like to say i know people who go here and they love it, so mine might have been an isolated incident and just not a good fit for me. The place itself is cute, clean and the staff i met were great. I booked a neurotoxin appt. Sally has wonderful reviews and my friends love her, but she didn't make me feel welcome at all. All my questions were met with her own questions, that would have only been answerable by someone in her field... which I am not. I asked about units and got a "how many ccs are in a vial /unit?". Then I think I asked something about botox vs dysport vs xeomin. And she asked me what the active ingredient in the products was. Every botox appt I've ever had, I paid by the unit. It's what I'm used to and I feel like it's not uncommon. It felt weird and unprofessional to dismiss my questions and make me feel silly for asking at all. She said she chooses what she uses on her patients without giving them a choice and its a set price, and I'm cool with that. Whatever. If she's good at what she does i can look past the weirdness of our conversation and feeling uncomfortable. A few days after getting my injections I experienced extreme droopy eyelids, one side drastically more droopy than the other. I can't put on eyeliner. My coworkers asked if I was stung by a bee. My fiance said I looked angry and my face was a little crooked. I know it's only temporary, so it's not a crazy big deal. Just a few weeks of looking a little silly. I've never experienced an issue at other places, and some of them were very sketchy. Even after all of this, though, the only thing i have a true issue with is that they didn't acknowledge me at all. I sent an email explaining what I was experiencing and that I wanted to cancel my future appt and look for a different clinic. I didn't want anything from them, but when it comes to medical stuff I think they should have responded and explained why it is happening and just do a general check in with me. Instead of replying at all they just canceled my appointment.

I am getting married this weekend and had an emergency with botox from another provider that was a bit asymmetrical (first time this has ever happened! just a freak accident). Sally was able to fit me in for an urgent fix, recommended a treatment plan that would be effective, fast-acting, and natural. She had the best bedside manner in such a stressful situation. I would recommend Sally to any brides wanting to look their best on their big day - or any day! Thank you so much, Sally!

Sally is the best Aesthetics and Medical PA I have used. She has an eye for beauty and how to help anyone look better and stay younger looking. She is working on her PHD and very knowledgeable about all aspects of dermatology. I am so glad I have a great dermatologist in my life with Sally!
