I NEVER leave a bad review but I’m baffled by this establishment. I have been shopping for a dermatologist and heard great things about this doctor but unfortunately was never able to be seen. I had an appointment scheduled in January but had to cancel with more than a week’s notice due to having to leave state. I called back and they were booked out for 6 weeks so I told the receptionist I was going to shop around to try and find something sooner. Then the same day I called back to try and snag that 6 week away appointment and no one answered or called back. I then called back and left 4 more voicemails over the course of the next week and no one ever answered the phone or even returned my calls. Every single time I called this office it went to voicemail and now no one is even returning the calls. I’m sure the doctor is great so I have been told but whoever is running their front desk is absolutely going to ruin this business.

My appointment was on time and the doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My options were thoroughly explained to me and the procedure was able to take place then and not have to reschedule for another time. I would recommend this practice to a friend.

Very sweet staff. Doctor is as well! He is very knowledgeable and thorough with my exam. Happy with my appointment and look forward to going back!

Tried to make an appointment and finally got one scheduled for Christine to call me back and tell me they have a state inspection on Wednesday at 11 and she needed to cancel my appointment and wouldn’t let reschedule another one. Never been to this dr but heard great things about him. Christine is going to ruin his business.

The Dr was very thorough and helpful. The receptionist is completely incompetent. My family deductible is 💯met for the year. She couldn’t see that in her system and told me she didn’t want to book my appointment until she talked with someone from Blue Cross. A rep from Blue Ctoss called her verifying that my deductible was met and that we owed nothing for our appt and gave them a case ref number. She proceeded to call me and tell me that they had to put our appt on hold because she can’t see it on their system and couldn’t see us until then. Ummm… isn’t that why you call the insurance company and verify??!! She kept saying they would have to appeal it and that would take a long time. That is not something they would have to appeal even the insurance rep said there would be nothing to appeal and that she has no idea what she is talking about. The rep said that they are not allowed to treat people this way after they have verified that deductible is met. We will be filing a complaint with insurance company against them tomorrow. I told her I have never made an appt with a Drs office and felt like the receptionist was trying to get me to not make an appointment. Every time I try to make one she keeps going over if we don’t make it we will be charged all this money etc… never missed an appointment, never have we not paid our bill or anything. I think she is driving business away from this office if she has to do any work with insurance companies. Again she is driving business away from this office. My husband and I needed in as well but didn’t have it in me to try and book us an appt with her and have het tell us over and over how much we were going to be charged for something having to deal with her. Insurance company said she has no idea what she is doing and shouldn’t be in this position. They’ve never heard of them denying someone after they have verbally cleared them over the phone! Insane!
