Ivy Aesthetics

I have been seeing Heather for a few years now. As a seasoned RN, I would say I am very picky about my providers, especially when it comes to aesthetics. She knocks it out of the park every single time. Not only are her skills exceptional, she makes me feel so comfortable with her in-depth education on all of her treatments, and aftercare. I have referred MDs, NPs, fellow RNs, friends and family to her. They all love her as well, and continue to book. My mother-in-law loved Steffani as well!

Steffani and Heather are so warm and welcoming! I am newer to injections but switched from a dermatologist office setting to Ivy and LOVED my experience! It felt like I was hanging out with a friend at a spa versus waiting around in a cold doctors office. Steffani listened to my areas of concern and talked me through the right approaches to get what Iwas looking for. She was knowledgeable and professional, while also being down to earth!

I came across Heather's name on a Facebook group and so glad that I did. She is so knowledgeable about your skin and how the human anatomy works. She takes the time to listen to your concerns instead of just doing the procedure. She truly wants what is best for her clients. And, she is so skilled at what she does. And, it doesn't hurt that she is just fun to be around. If you love skincare like me, I would definitely give her a visit.

I switched over to Ivy after having less than favorable results from another Medspa right down the road. Heather was recommended by SEVERAL other friends, and I have been so pleased with my results and with Ivy Aesthetics as a whole. Heather is so knowledgeable and attentive to the each and every little detail. She spends time educating, sets realistic expectations, and provides recommendations specific to my anatomy and facial structure, which I really appreciate. Additionally, with her medical background, I feel very safe with anll the extra precautions she takes and the immaculately clean room. Their suite is equipped with oxygen, an Epi pen and other first aid devices *just in case* which gives me so much more comfort with any service or procedure. I have a tendency to pass out with needles, but Heather’s patience and gentle touch make me feel so much more comfortable and relaxed than I would, or have, in any other setting. Lastly, she has nitrous oxide available for those like me who need a little extra calming of those anxious nerves :) Truly, I am so grateful I found Heather and Steffani at Ivy and can’t imagine trusting any other business more with my face. Their communication and responsiveness far exceed my expectations. They truly care, going above and beyond just providing aesthetic services. 10/5 stars for Ivy!

I originally had an appointment with Steffani for lip filler, however, after she evaluated my lips, she felt that the best option was to actually dissolve the filler in my lips that had been done over the last two years so that she could start fresh instead of layering more filler on top of the filler that was still in my lips. I’ve had the filler dissolved in my lips a few years ago at another spa and it was a horrific experience. Needless to say, I was quite nervous to have this process done again, but I can honestly say that my dissolving experience was 180 with Steffani. I greatly appreciated her honest opinion about my lips needing to be dissolved and ensuring that I was comfortable during the process. She is truly amazing, so knowledgeable and just the sweetest!! I’m so glad I found her and look forward to having her do my Sculptra and lip filler in the next coming weeks.
